ABOUT AGROFUEL
CTH Group is engaged in multiple businesses based at Kolkata, West Bengal. MR. RANJIT KUMAR SAHA, promoter and founder of the Group has diversified his business with his son ROHIT SAHA entering into this field of Bioenergy named AGROFUEL. He has cleared Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Marketing from Alliance University.
The first plant was started at Dankuni, Kolkata, WB in 2014 and since then production and operations are expanding. Total installed capacity is of 2 machines with 800+ MT/ Month. Our aim is to achieve 3000 MT/ Month production in coming years with leader in Biocoal Briquette Manufacturing. Also, planning to develop export markets for the product.
Our expertise in production and quality process is our USP (Unique Selling Proposition). We have man power mechanism with latest technologies to collect raw material from fields. We always adhere to quality Briquettes only. Hence, we continue test and R&D for raw materials and Briquettes. We also offer CV (calorie) based contract to clients.
The group is also actively operating Heat Treatment Services, manufacturing of Spokes, Dies &Tools business in different segments. The next diversification will be Renewable Energy only. With an aim to establish Biomass based power plants in coming years. Succeeding to this may lead us to establish a Limited Company IPO in future.

Biomass Briquetting is the process of converting low bulk density biomass into high density and energy concentrated fuel briquettes. Biomass Briquetting plants are of various sizes which converts biomass into solid fuels. Briquettes are ready substitute of Coal/wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal application
DESIGNING
Millions of tones of residues from agriculture as well as forestry goes as a waste on annual basis and is growing with growth in agriculture. The same can be used for burning and hence produce heat- The base foundation of a source of energy. If the same waste can rather become a material to contribute to the economy, the growth story is bound to happen.
